10 April 2021 - Pond Life Meditation

A beautiful morning to sit and watch some wildlife in the local pond/lake. I've added some chilled ambient music to this one which is perfect for relaxing and doing a little bit of mindfulness meditation. Just focus on your breathing and try to stay present. Don't worry if your mind rambles - it happens. Just bring it back to your breathing and keep starting again. The fresh air this morning was fantastic and really set me up for the day. I would highly recommend getting some time outside in the morning when possible.
