RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Chilled Scene use a number of third party suppliers as well as selling our own products. We follow a 14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, unused with tags still attached and in it's original packaging within 14 days from when the item was received. Contact us at chilledscene@gmail.com before returning any items. Clearly state your name, product and order number. We will send you the address for return. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24h of evaluation. Please allow time for this payment to go through.
